After 4 months of training, basically the trainees can not only produce electric print-outs but also print Braille books. However, the need of transfering is fairly variety and complicated. Yet many forms of Braille books need to be researched such as ways of producing Braille books, types of formating mathematical document, producing Brailled audio files, etc. The group need learning to enhance their skill. This skill enhancement is funded by us.
In August 2002, at the conference of Vietnam disabled people’s law, the group had chance to perform their ability in printing document for this conference. This document had many statistical tables formatted perfectly by us. During this training time, Saomai also agreed to publish 12 Braille books for rewarding visually impaired students at Nhat Hong orphanage. Because these were the sample products, producing price was not considerable.
We also printed out Brailled music material having comparison of letters. This material would be the sample one to finish our course. This is a basic electric piano training material written by a sighted composer. This includes two types of book : Braille book and Book with large font of letters for low-vision people. This would be helpful for both objects. For the visually impaired students, they can use this material for learning with sighted teacher. For the visually impaired teachers, they can use this material for teaching music for sighted students because the Braille and the print ones are the same. In the orther hand, it can access the low-vision people. The material will help some visually impaired composers increasing their earning by teaching music for sighted people.
