Beside the main activities of Sao Mai as training, research and development of the informatics product for blind people, we got more free services / charges and another to support the individuals / collectivity who is the Vietnamese blind. Based on the demand during the operation, we now provide the following services:

1. Consulting and technical support
All matters relating to technology support for the blind, such as solutions, equipment and obstacles on the computer, you can contact us by this contact form. In addition, you can also get contact with technical support department by telephone: 08 8495069 extension number: 102.

Because now, we do not have expenditure to support technology for your own home so that if you have a requirement for reparation / installation / assembly of machine at home you need to pay for our technical staff including transportation costs, costs per working hour. For more information, please contact the service department.

In addition, Sao mai also has a technical support service for organizations / projects that get a plan in installation or want to provide technical solutions for the blind. We have a team with the high level and skills in the array of support technology and has implemented several projects for facilities / centers / Provincial Assembly for / of blind people across the country.

2. Printing and document production

We support and provide services of printing floating letters / floating pictures and the production of digital speech for the blind. For the documents served learning for blind pupils / students, we will support all items of expenditure as translation charges, printer fees, you only need to pay the cost of printing paper is 500 Dong / page. For other materials will be 1200 Dong / page.

In case we receive funding for these services by individuals / organizations, we will provide free of charge. Relevant information on financing, please see the submission link.

3. Software development Service:

We are now developing many informatic products for the blind include softwares such as web browsers NetTalk, EditTalk editor, multilingual dictionaries DictTalk, Sao Mai Voice – Vietnamese speech engine .. . and provided free of charge to blind people, can be viewed at the software link. You individuals / organizations that are interested in solutions and developed software projects for the blind can contact us.
